Answering Your Questions

How do I prepare my files?

Artwork is best submitted in a lossless format. If sending images, TIFF is great. Artwork can be sent as AI or EPS, but please be sure to outline fonts. High quality print PDFs are also acceptable.

How can I send my files?

The easiest way to send us your project is by placing all elements into a folder, compressing it, and emailing it to us. If you would like to provide files on a thumb drive, that can work too.

How do I request services?

You can start by visiting our Request a Quote page. Fill out our short form with the details of your project so we know exactly what you’re hoping for. If you have quick questions, give us a call.

What kind of vinyl do you use?

We can create full color stickers on adhesive-backed vinyl or cut transfer graphics. Depending on the application and use, vinyl can be removable or permanent - like wall graphics or vehicle wraps.

How do I get my finished project?

Finished prints, frames, or graphics can be picked up at our office. Delivery within the Baltimore and D.C. areas can also be discussed before completion. Vehicle graphics are installed at our shop.

Who have you worked with?

We’ve worked with everyone - birthday banners to 10,000 posters, we can handle the project. Large clients include GIECO, George Washington University, and the National Institutes of Health.
